Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw in accordance with the following stipulations, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:
You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.
To execute your right of withdrawal, please inform us (e.g. a letter sent by post or email or telephone call) of your decision to withdraw from your contract. You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your message about the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
When you withdraw from your contract, we have made all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of the cancellation of your contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Please send or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of your contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You have the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract, unless the right of residence does not provide for such a right of withdrawal.
